This prospective study included 223 post-LASIK patients with a mean age of 54 and a mean manifest spherical equivalent of -0.18 D, implanted with a Kamra small-aperture corneal inlay in the nondominant eye. At six months, mean near vision improved four lines from j8 to J2 (P<.001), with a minimal effect on distance vision. Mean UDVA decreased one line from 20/16 preoperatively to 20/20 (P<.001).
