Nasal steroid spray may not increase IOP in glaucoma patients

This randomized, double-masked, controlled trial evaluated the effect of six weeks administration of beclomethasone nasal spray on IOP in 19 patients with ocular hypertension or controlled primary open-angle glaucoma. There was no evidence of IOP elevation throughout six weeks of follow-up. Journal of Glaucoma, February 2013
