This mutlticenter study evaluated outcomes with the AT Lisa 909M diffractive multifocal toric IOL implanted in 284 eyes. At six months, 89.4 percent of eyes were within ±1.00 D of emmetropia. Mean refractive cylinder decreased from −2.39 D to −0.49 D. Distance, near, and intermediate vision were restored, allowing patients with significant levels of corneal astigmatism to achieve spectacle independence.
